Wedding Week Itinerary - June 2025

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you! Below is the schedule for our week-long festivities. Please note that some events are invitation-only, and we kindly ask that you respect the invitations received. We will update this page with any changes, and RSVP'd guests will receive email updates.

Tuesday - Civil Ceremony & Apéro

Time: Civil Ceremony at 4:00 PM (exact time TBD)
Location: Mairie de 18ème, Jules Joffrin
Details: Our intimate civil ceremony will take place in the 18th arrondissement. This event is by paper invitation only.

Apéro
Time: 5:00 PM - 7:00/8:00 PM
Location: To be determined (Check back for updates)
Details: Join us for a celebratory apéro after the ceremony! More details on the venue will be provided soon.

Thursday - Travel to the South

Time: Midday Departure
Details: The wedding party will be heading down south together on this day. You’re welcome to catch the same train as us, more info on the Transport & Travel page.

Saturday - Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Location: Château Val Joanis, 2404 Route de Villelaure, 84120 Pertuis, France

Wedding Ceremony

4:00 PM: Guests arrive and take their seats
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Ceremony takes place

Cocktail Hour

5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Enjoy a two-hour cocktail reception, mingle, and take photos!

Dinner & Evening Festivities

7:30 PM: Bouquet toss
8:00 PM: Dinner service begins
9:00 PM: Speeches
11:00 PM: Cake cutting & first dance
11:30 PM: Open dance floor
3:00 AM: Caterers clear tables & wrap up the evening

Sunday - Farewell Brunch

Time: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Location: La Blancherie, 1913 rte de pipailler, 84240 La Tour-d'Aigues
Details: A relaxed farewell brunch for those who have received a paper invitation. If you would like to join, please RSVP. We have a pool on-site, so bring a swimsuit if you’d like to swim!
